Handicapped Parking Permits
Handicapped parking permits (placards) are available for those who are either temporarily or permanently handicapped. A temporary placard is good for six months and can be extended for another six months with the Chief of Police approval. Residents applying for a Temporary Placard need to complete the application below and then submit it to Harding Township Police Department. Permanent placard applications are submitted directly to NJ Motor Vehicle Commission.
